The EFR CPR & First Aid Certification Course is a Single Full Day Course where you learn CPR & First Aid skills with a dedicated Instructor , simple , safe and Fun . This CPR & First Aid Certification Course is a 2 Year long Certification Course requiring retraining every 2 years. The Course is designed to teach you basic CPR and First Aid for the lay person , aimed at Divers and Non-Divers alike . Included in our syllabus is Oxygen Administration and AED Training as well as Child/Infant skills at no extra cost. 

The Course covers Primary and Secondary Care skills from ILCOR and is accepted Worlwide .

Training focuses on building confidence in lay rescuers and increasing their willingness to respond when faced with a medical emergency. Course participants learn simple to follow steps for emergency care and practice applying skills in a non-stressful learning environment.

What will I learn :

​

  • Primary Care (CPR) – This course teaches you the steps and techniques for handling life-threatening emergencies. You’ll practice eight skills for aiding patients who aren’t breathing, have no heartbeat, may have a spinal injury, may be in shock or who may have serious bleeding. You’ll learn to how to perform CPR and continue to monitor the patient, so that you provide every possible chance of survival while waiting for emergency medical services to arrive. Primary Care Skills like Scene Assessment , Barrier use , CPR , Rescue Breathing , Serious Bleeding etc etc.

  • Secondary Care skills like Shock Management , Spinal Injury , Bandaging , Splinting etc etc. 

  • Primary and Secondary Care knowledge by completing  2 Knowledge Reviews and watch the EFR Video. .

  • You'll learn how to put all the skills together with different scenario practices. 

  • Test you Knowledge retention with the EFR Final Exam


 

What do I need to sign up for a EFR CPR & First Aid Course :

 

  • You must be able to complete the Knowledge development and complete the skills and Exam.

  • Need at least 1 day's available for training .
