West End Wall
One of Roatan’s most spectacular dive sites, famous for its deep walls that are as deep as 100-200ft.
The Coral encrusted walls with beautiful coral overhangs throughout the dive, schools of horse-eyed jacks, sea chubs, and creole wrasse, spotted drums
Very good buoyancy control required – beginner divers can follow along.
Depth range of 40 - 100’ to beyond recreational dive limits
7 minutes away by boat.
Mandy's Eel Garden
Located opposite the West Bay area of Roatan
Very pristine reef. Offers a very diverse collection of marine life – possibility of seeing larger marine life, such as Eagle Rays, groupers, jacks, barracudas, and permit fish
For intermediate level divers, often offered as a drift dive with a live drop.
The reef starting at 30′ - 80' with sloping walls on the sides into the abyss well past the normal dive limits
From Roatan Dive Center, about 5 minutes away by boat.
El Aguila Wreck
An intentionally sunk wreck (back in 1997) which sits in the area of Bailey's Key in the Sandy Bay area.
The El Aguila is approximately 230ft long Cargo Ship that has extensive soft coral growth which almost completely covers the entire wreck. For those with the right certification and adventure in-mind penetration is possible.
From the main wreck lies a deep coral wall with canyons and small caves.
There are ways to visit the wreck whether you’re a beginner or advanced diver
The wreck lies in 128ft maximum depth is 110’ at the rear if you follow the stern of the wreck and most dives on the wreck consist for 15-20 minutes exploring the wreck and follow the wall around and back.

Bears Den - Cave
The site now starts at 40' and you follow the large swim through to the wall and drop onto the wall
Beautiful overhang covered in gorgonians, sponges and a variety of hard c& soft corals
Large groupers and snappers follow the divers, Moray Eels, groups of parrot fish and surgeon fish along the top of the reef
Within the dive is a large Cave , hence the name Bears Den.

Suitable for divers who like to explore and venture in to small caves
Depth ranges from 35’-48' to 100+ on the wall
Special Excursion Dive
Spooky Channel
A Deep Channel that cuts from the inside of the reef to the outside or vice versa.
Water movement reduces the visibility sometimes in the main channel hence the Spooky Name.
Barracuda often hunt in the area and toadfish hide in the coral sides
The Channel has a huge Cathedral like ora about it with a large overhang between the two sides.
Suitable for all diver levels
Mooring is at 20’ the Channel itself drops to over 100+ft in areas at the wall then the wall drops off past normal dive limits
Special Excursion Dive
Roatan's Shark Dive - Marco's Place aka (Cara a Cara)
A " Must do " Dive on Roatan.
We arrange the dive for you and we include transport to and from the operator.
The dive is located 2 miles of the Airport at the Insidious Reef area.
After a comprehensive breifing, you'll board the boat and take a 20-minute ride to an area called Cara a Cara
meaning " Face to Face in Spanish.
Upon descent, you'll follow the mooring line to 70ft where 8-15 Grey Reef Sharks will meander between the pristine coral
directly in front of you. You may get an opportunity to swim with the sharks, a must do dive!
Pablo's Place
A Drift dive on the South Shore of Roatan which starts at 30’ with a sandy shelf and then off the wall to a depth of 80’ - 100ft
An array of sponges, gorgonians, and brain corals litter the dive site.
Schools of fish congregate in the current. On the wall you'll see barracuda, Horse-eyed jacks, permit fish.
Intermediate/Advanced level.
Depth ranges from 30’ to 100′+
A 10-minute boat ride
Texas
Located between Pablo's and West End Wall with No mooring line we descend after a live drop and slowly make our way down to a coral head and a large sand area, turn east into a current that takes you out
towards the large wall and sandy flat area filled with barrel sponges of all sizes and hard and soft coral.
Sea whips decorate the bank around the site
Upswells at the edge of the bank bring in schools of hunting fish such as jacks and barracuda – Eagle Rays are occasionally spotted here moving in from the wall towards the large sand area.
For intermediate level divers
Depth ranges from 40’ - 100'+ on the wall.
Just 8 minutes away by boat.
Half Moon Bay Wall
A gently sloping wall with soft coral overhangs, small crevices with king crabs and lobsters peering out, and sea fans swaying
A popular spot for hide and seek: look for well-camouflaged scorpion fish, banded coral shrimp tucked inside sponges and flamingo tongues
Usually done as a drift dive, if required.
Suitable for all divers
Depth ranges from 25ft to 80ft

Special Excursion to Mary's Place & The Prince Albert Wreck Dive
Roatan Dive Center offers a unique dive excursion to Roatan's signature dive site of Mary's Place on the South Shore of Roatan.
Maty's Place is unique because it was formed by an earthquake many thousands of years ago which split the reef into a T shape and formed a breathtaking dive site with deep canyons and long swim throughs , from 40+ft at the mooring the reef is pristine , then into the deep fissure that attracts large schools of horse-eye jacks and walls of black coral and sea fans . The dive is often completed as a figure of 8 to ensure nothing is missed.

Just 45+ minute boat ride
This is dive excursion also includes the Prince Albert Wreck, a coral encrusted cargo vessel lying at 40+ft and sloping down to 100ft.
Lying in a large sandy area close to the wall it's covered in sea fans and soft corals, Northwest of Prince Albert is a DC3 Aircraft which often houses a large green moray ..
